Can I track my carbs, sodium, calories, potassium, protein, and fat for of a renal/diabetic condition?"Yes. ProTracker allows you to set nutrient goals and track your daily/weekly progress for any nutrient. The free version allows you to view a summary of calories, fat, carbs, and protein out of the box, but you'll need to upgrade to the Pro plant to view a summary for all other nutrients.

Does this app track activity from a FitBit or other device?Yes, if your device is an iPhone 5S, 6, 6S or newer, or you have an Apple Watch, Fitbit or other fitness tracker. The information from those devices is synced to Apple Health app (if enabled) and can be used in our app to calculate your activity. This feature is only available for the paid plans such as 'Essential' and 'Wellness' plan.

Does the diary take into account steps to calculate calories burned?Yes, if your device is an iPhone 5S, 6, 6S or newer, or you have an Apple Watch, Fitbit or other fitness tracker. The information from those devices is synced to Apple Health app (if enabled) and the steps information can be used in our app to calculate your walking activity. This feature is available with all plans.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?Monthly subscriptions can be canceled for the following month. Yearly subscriptions can be cancelled for the next annual term. Your current annual term expiry can be seen inside the app settings, under 'Account Info'.

Is my calorie allowance automatically adjusted when I lose weight?Yes, the daily calorie allowance is adjusted for any days where a weight change is tracked.

Can I set a manual daily calorie allowance?​Yes, under the 'More' tab, then 'Goals', you can change your 'Calorie Goal' to 'Manual' to fit your lifestyle.

How often are submitted or edited barcodes reviewed?Daily. If the information is approved, the barcode will be available to all users the next day.
