Food Tracking
Tracked food intake is subtracted from your daily calorie allowance to show remaining energy you can consume for the day. Food can be added by using the barcode scanner, searching the database, or manually creating a food item. 'Suggested' foods help you quickly and easily track by showing you foods that you have frequently or recently added. These can easily be added to your 'Favorites' for easy access when tracking.

Activity and Exercise Tracking
Activity and exercise add to the allowed daily calorie intake in the form of Moove energy. This energy is earned in several ways such as step counts, connecting to an external activity monitor (such as FitBit or Apple Watch), adding exercise from a list, or manually adding an exercise you performed. External activity monitor information is used by ProTracker when you allow it to connect to 'Apple Health' in the settings. This only works for the 'Essential' and 'Wellness' plans.

Meal Builder
The Meal Builder allows you to create one food item created from several other food items. This makes tracking much easier when you frequently eat the same meal. Instead of individually tracking all the items that your meal consists of, you just track one!
To make it even easier, we allow you to create a meal from your Diary for any meals you currently have tracked by clicking on the gear icon in the Diary. |
Recipe Builder
Similarly to the Meal Builder, the Recipe Builder let's you build an item composed of different ingredients. The difference is that you can specify how many servings the recipe makes.
This way you have a great place to store all your recipes, and can esily track it later based on how many servings you ate! |
